When the customer (you) calls in, you can place a service call for Regular Time, Over Time Approved, and Accelerated Rate. Our ETA on specific types of calls varies depending on how busy our schedule is, and the amount of Over Time Approved calls. Typically, Regular Time calls are ~1 Week Out. Approving a call for Over Time would guarantee you same-day service, granted we are not so busy that it becomes impossible. Accelerated Rate is like Over Time Approved, but with a little more leeway.
