Our office is open from the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. For after hours emergency calls, we have an Answering Service that will direct the call to our On-Call Technician. Please see other FAQs for more details.
When the customer (you) calls in, you can place a service call for Regular Time, Over Time Approved, and Accelerated Rate. Our ETA on specific types of calls varies depending on how busy our schedule is, and the amount of Over Time Approved calls. Typically, Regular Time calls are ~1 Week Out. Approving a call for Over Time would guarantee you same-day service, granted we are not so busy that it becomes impossible. Accelerated Rate is like Over Time Approved, but with a little more leeway. These calls are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, and will be billed at the Accelerated Rate. Give us a call today to discuss our rates :)
